About Us

Mission Statement

Providing concierge-based resources for users with severe dietary restrictions to help them feel safer and confident while dining.

Vision Statement

Allergy Voyage sees a future where people with food allergies are able to dine safely at any restaurant with confidence and security. Our vision encompasses an interconnected community that crosses cultures, allowing users to enjoy the experience of food despite the dietary restrictions they might have.

What We Do

Allergy Voyage hosts the menus of relevant restaurants for users with dietary restrictions to view, allowing them to feel safe and confident while dining. Our goal is to innovate dining for those with food allergies. We accomplish this by providing a cohesive service for both restaurants and users.

Who We Are

Tristan Tierce, Founder / CEO

Tristan Tierce is currently a senior in Barrett The Honors College at Arizona State University pursuing a BA and a BS. Tristan founded Allergy Voyage during his Sophomore year after his own severe food allergies prevented him from dining in a foreign restaurant. Tierce has struggled with Eosinophilic Esophagitis his entire life, pushing him to create a service that aims to help others with similar dietary restrictions.

Jonathan Janosky, Partner / Lead Developer

Jonathan Janosky is currently a Junior at the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania.

As someone who has experienced food allergies his entire life, building a website to assist travelers with their own allergies holds a personal significance to Jonathan. His motivation is to turn this concept into a physical product, which he wishes was accessible when he was a child. Jonathan wants to make sure others don’t have to worry about what they eat and can enjoy their journeys without the fear of allergic reactions.

Jonathan has contributed vital resources and skills to the team, building the functioning allergy filter and menu integration systems.

Jarrod Searle, Marketing Director

Jarrod Searle is currently a Junior at Arizona State University studying Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Sustainability. Jarrod has recently joined the Allergy Voyage team in hopes of continuing to expand the mission whilst providing users with a sense of security in their dining experience. He hopes to contribute his marketing skills to highlight the importance of nearby dining locations providing effective and cohesive allergen information for users.
